1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cash4Reel or Cash4Reel.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Proprietary Intellectual Property

The software infrastructure, codebases, operational assets, and all related content of the Service are the sole and exclusive proprietary intellectual property of REEL INC., a Delaware corporation. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to your use of the Service shall be settled exclusively by individual binding arbitration.

• Administration: Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS in accordance with their respective commercial arbitration rules.
• Location: Arbitration proceedings shall take place strictly in the state of Delaware.
• Class Action Waiver: You and REEL INC. agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in an individual capacity only, not as a class action or other representative action.
• Jury Trial Waiver: Both parties knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
